Ein Jahr nach dem Handelsstart an der Börse Stuttgart hat sich EUWAX Gold (WKN EWG0LD) erfolgreich am Markt etabliert. Das von der Boerse Stuttgart Securities GmbH emittierte Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) konnte im volatilen Goldmarkt stetige Zuflüsse verzeichnen. So wurden 2013 bei EUWAX Gold an jedem Handelstag mehr Kauf- als Verkaufsorders ausgeführt. Am 28. Juni - dem bisher stärksten Handelstag mit rund 4,7 Millionen Euro Handelsvolumen - kamen beispielsweise fünf Käufe auf einen Verkauf. Am 18. September belief sich der für EUWAX Gold physisch eingelagerte Edelmetallbestand auf rund 1,6 Tonnen - das ETC ist zu 100 Prozent mit Gold unterlegt.
