Wechsel im Aufsichtsrat der EUWAX AG

Im Rahmen der heutigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der zur Gruppe Börse Stuttgart gehörenden EUWAX AG wurden Katharina Gehra, Geschäftsführerin der Immutable Insight GmbH, und Dr. Alena Kretzberg, Bereichsvorstand Digital Banking & comdirect der Commerzbank AG, neu in den Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft gewählt. Sie ersetzen Dr. Christian Holzherr und Dr. Michael Völter, die ihre Aufsichtsratsmandate mit Ende der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung wie vorgesehen niedergelegt haben.

Die bisher gerichtlich bestellten Aufsichtsräte Jürgen Steffan und Andreas Torner wurden im Rahmen der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung in den Aufsichtsrat gewählt. Weitere bis zur ordentlichen Hauptversammlung 2022 gewählte Aufsichtsräte der EUWAX AG sind Dr. Christian Ricken und Gabriele Ruf.
