Der ostdeutsche PC-Hersteller Bluechip hat den Etailer Brunen IT gekauft, der unter anderem das Online-Portal One betreibt. Bei Bluechip in Meuselwitz wurden bis jetzt schon die PCs für Brunen IT gefertigt. Gründer Frank Brunen bleibt als Geschäftsführer vorerst weiter an Bord.

Die Bluechip Computer AG in Meuselwitz bei Leipzig übernimmt die Wittmunder Brunen-IT. Das gaben die Brunen-Chefs Frank Brunen und Fred Krull sowie der Bluechip-Vorstandschef Hubert Wolf und dessen Prokurist Sven Buchheim in Wittmund bekannt. Zum Kaufpreis wurden keine Angaben gemacht. Alle 39 Arbeitsplätze in Wittmund und die 240 Arbeitsplätze in Meuselwitz sollen erhalten bleiben.
