Today the Executive Board of the company biolitec AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: BIB) decided, with the Supervisory Board's consent, to increase the company's share capital from EUR 10,015,000.00 by EUR 1,001,499.00 up to EUR 11,016,499.00, by cash contribution and partly utilizing the approved capital.
