New Supervisory Board at BIOGAS NORD AG

The Bielefeld local court has appointed Aleksander Rechter, Andrzej Jazwinski and Boleslaw Piechucki to the new Supervisory Board of BIOGAS NORD AG. Aleksander Rechter (Supervisory Board Chairman), Andrzej Jazwinski (Supervisory Board Vice Chairman) and Boleslaw Piechucki take over from Michael Bourjau, Philip Moffat and Prof. Dr. Peter Vossiek, who left their posts on 31 March 2009 due to a change in the shareholder structure. The court's decision applies with immediate effect.

The BIOGAS NORD AG Management Board thanks the former Supervisory Board members for their many years of outstanding, faithful cooperation.
