- Herr Matthias Kubat als CFO/COO abberufen
- Frau Asnat Drouianov neuer CFO

Der Aufsichtsrat der BIOGAS NORD AG hat den bisherigen Finanzvorstand Matthias Kubat auf eigenen Wunsch mit sofortiger Wirkung abberufen. Gleichzeitig legt Herr Kubat auch alle Geschäftsführungsaufgaben in den ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften der BIOGAS NORD AG nieder. Das Vertragsverhältnis wird zum 31. August 2009 beendet. Herr Kubat möchte sich zukünftig neuen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen widmen.

An seiner Stelle wurde Frau Asnat Drouianov zum Finanzvorstand der BIOGAS NORD AG durch den Aufsichtsrat bestellt. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Herrn Matthias Kubat, der der Gesellschaft in den nächsten Monaten als Berater zur Verfügung steht, pcp onpjd Grjwod ieb aqj LTJDFH MHFC GJ.
