Komplexe Bestandsgebäude schnell energetisch analysieren Die Schwachstellen in Architektur und Gebäudetechnik bestehender Nichtwohngebäude zu analysieren, ist bisher ein sehr arbeitsintensiver Prozess. Das BINE-Projektinfo "Komplexe Bestandsgebäude energetisch bewerten" (16/2013) stellt das für diesen Zweck neu entwickelte Programm TEK-Tool vor. Dieses reduziert den notwendigen Arbeitsaufwand deutlich. Die Software unterstützt Energieberater darin, den Ist-Verbrauch zu verstehen, Schwachstellen zu erkennen, Teil-Verbräuche zu bewerten und Einsparpotenziale zu berechnen. Die bisher übliche rechnerische Gebäudeanalyse nach DIN V 18599 für Bestandsgebäude erfordert detaillierte Daten. Bei TEK-Tool wurde das Rechenverfahren vereinfacht und damit reichen etwa drei Arbeitstage zur Analyse aus. Das Programm rechnet mit Teilenergiekennwerten. Bei dieser Methode
