Der Experte der Dortmunder bibis Information Technology and Services GmbH präsentierte auf den Personalinformationstagen NRW in Essen die neue Internet-Lösung ´Elektronische Personalakte´.

Herzstück der elektronischen Personalaktenverwaltung der bibis ist die Umstellung von Papierakten oder Microfish-Archiven auf ein digitales Dokumentenmanagement. Über eine browser-basierte Oberfläche sind Dokumente zu einem Mitarbeiter unabhängig von der räumlichen oder strukturellen Organisation der Personalabteilung per Klick auf dem Bildschirm autorisierten Nutzern sichtbar.
