Wien, 27. 1. 2003 Die Beko Holding AG teilt mit, dass sie mit Schreiben vom 22. Januar 2003 die Kündigung der Zulassung zum Neuen Markt eingereicht und die Zulassung zum geregelten Markt (General Standard) beantragt hat. Die Aktien der Beko Holding AG werden daher demnächst im geregelten Markt (General Standard) notieren. Die Handelbarkeit der Aktien ist nicht gefährdet, da der Wechsel zum geregelten Markt (General Standard) automatisch erfolgt.

Die Entscheidung des Vorstandes beruht darauf, dass die Kosten/Nutzenrelation einer Notierung im Prime Segment nicht gegeben ist. Die BEKO Holding AG wird trotz des Wechsels in den General Standard die dortigen
