The international business law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has acted as counsel to Tresalia Capital S.A. de C.V., a Mexican investment group, in a successful takeover of Artega Automobil GmbH & Co. KG. In this takeover, Tresalia Capital acquired 52% of the shares from prior coshareholder and founder of the company Klaus Dieter Frers. Tresalia Capital now holds a 100% interest in Artega Automobil GmbH & Co. KG.

Artega Automobil GmbH & Co. KG., which was founded in 2006 and has its registered office in Delbruck near Paderborn, produces the sports car "Artega GT", a 300 hp twoseater.
