Die diesjährige Hauptversammlung der BDI - BioEnergy International AG hat der vom Vorstand vorgeschlagenen Dividendenausschüttung in Höhe von EUR 0,25 je Stammaktie zugestimmt. Die Ausschüttung soll am 25.05.2012 (mit Ex-Dividendentag 23.05.2012) erfolgen.

"Unsere starke Finanzposition spielt für uns eine wichtige Rolle in Hinblick auf unsere Strategie und mögliche Akquisitionen. Wir freuen uns, dass wir trotz des schwierigen Umfelds im Bereich BioDiesel im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr einen operativen Gewinn erwirtschaftet haben und unseren Aktionären auch in diesem Jahr eine Dividende ausschütten können", so Mag.
