Die börsennotierte BAVARIA Industriekapital AG hat einen Vertrag zum Erwerb der norwegischen Papierfabrik Hunsfos Fabrikker AS von der Cham Paper Group unterzeichnet. Das Werk Hunsfos im Süden Norwegens erwirtschaftet mit rund 120 Mitarbeitern einen jährlichen Umsatz von ca. 50 Mio. EUR und stellt beschichtete Spezialpapiere her.

"Hunsfos Fabrikker zählt zu den Marktführern in Europa im Bereich industrieller Verpackungsmaterialien. Mit der Einführung des BAVARIA Operating Systems wird die Firma weiter optimiert, gleichzeitig soll die internationale Expansion vorangetrieben werden. Wir erwarten den Vollzug der Transaktion noch im Dezember 2008.
