Baumüller nimmt Powerlink in sein breites Feldbusprogramm auf

Modularität rückt im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau immer mehr in den Fokus. Für das optimale Zusammenspiel der einzelnen Einheiten bietet Baumüller Kommunikationsbaugruppen für die gängigsten Feldbussysteme. Die Kommunikationssysteme EtherCAT und CANopen sind die bewährten Baumüller-Systembusse. Außerdem kann der Kunde zwischen Profibus, Ethernet, Sercos, VARAN, DIAS und seit neuestem auch Powerlink wählen, in Kürze wird PROFINET IRT folgen. Aktuell hat der Hersteller von Automatisierungs- und Antriebssystemen sein Angebot an Industrial-Ethernet-Lösungen um den Feldbus Powerlink erweitert. Bei Powerlink handelt es sich um eine offene, hardwareunabhängige Softwarelösung, die den Ethernet-Standards folgt. Durch eine zeitliche Regulierung des Datenaustausches ist mit Powerlink harte Echtzeit möglich. Durch
