Der Aufsichtsrat der BASF SE hat Dr. Kurt Bock zum neuen Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden der BASF SE gewählt. Zuvor war Bock durch die Hauptversammlung als Vertreter der Anteilseigner in den Aufsichtsrat der BASF SE gewählt worden. Das Mandat läuft bis zur Beendigung der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung im Jahr 2024.
