Den 1er-BMW wird es auch als Stufenheck-Limousine geben. Wie AUTO BILD in der am Freitag erscheinenden Ausgabe (Heft 46) berichtet, plant BMW eine neue Limousine im Einsteigersegment. Das BMW 1er-Stufenheck, das im September 2016 in Serie geht, soll die Produktpalette nach unten erweitern. Zwar ist bislang nur das Kontingent für den chinesischen Markt gesichert. Doch weil Audi und Mercedes mit ihren kompakten Stufenheckmodellen auch in Europa antreten, überdenkt BMW seine Vertriebsstrategie und zieht auch den Vertrieb hierzulande in Betracht.
