Avaya-Studie zeigt: Flexible Arbeitszeiten sind mehr Wert als Geld

Flexible Arbeitszeiten sind für europäische Angestellte ein wertvolles Gut. So würden 67 Prozent der Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland dafür einen niedrigeren Lohn in Kauf nehmen. Im europäischen Vergleich sind es sogar 75 Prozent. Dies ergab die Studie "Flexible Working 2009" des unabhängigen Marktforschungsunternehmens Dynamic Markets im Auftrag von Avaya, einem führenden Anbieter von Lösungen für Geschäftskommunikation. Im Rahmen der Studie wurden insgesamt 3.518 Angestellte in Deutschland, Großbritannien, Frankreich, Italien, Russland und Spanien befragt. Demnach wären die Befragten sogar bereit, auf durchschnittlich 11 Prozent ihres Vergütungspakets zu Gunsten von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten zu verzichten.
