AURELIUS Vorstand schlägt Dividende von 4,10 EUR je Aktie für Geschäftsjahr 2012 vor

Erhöhung der Ausschüttung um 105 Prozent auf insgesamt 39,4 Mio. EUR nach erfolgreichstem Geschäftsjahr der Firmengeschichte

Der Vorstand der Münchner AURELIUS AG (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) wird dem Aufsichtsrat für die am 16. Mai 2013 stattfindende Hauptversammlung die Ausschüttung einer um 105 Prozent gestiegenen Dividende von insgesamt 4,10 EUR je Aktie (Vorjahr: 2,00 EUR) aus dem Bilanzgewinn der AURELIUS AG vorschlagen. Die Dividende setzt sich aus einer um 20 Prozent erhöhten Basisdividende von 1,80 EUR (Vorjahr: 1,50 EUR) sowie einer um 360 Prozent erhöhten Sonderdividende von 2,30 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,50 EUR) zusammen. Das Ausschüttungsvolumen beläuft sich somit auf 39,4 Mio. EUR (Vorjahr: 19,2 Mio. EUR). Hintergrund für die deutlich erhöhte Sonderdividende sind die erfolgreichen Veräußerungen der Schabmüller GmbH
