Der AURELIUS Konzern (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) hat den Verkauf der vier Hotelimmobilien im Münchner Glockenbachviertel, in Hannover, in München-Isarvorstadt und in München-Nymphenburg abgeschlossen. Mit Wirkung zum 31. Dezember 2015 erfolgte der Eigentumsübergang für die drei Münchner Immobilien, nachdem Mitte Dezember bereits das Closing der Transaktion in Hannover vollzogen wurde.

AURELIUS hatte die vier Immobilien Anfang 2011 zusammen mit einer weiteren Hotelimmobilie in Braunschweig aus einer Sondersituation von der Deutschen Annington übernommen. Bereits im Jahr 2012 wurde der Standort Braunschweig abgegeben. Im August 2015
