New bucket configuration extends lifespan of the belt significantly

The bucket elevator for coarse material AUMUND Type BWG-GK follows a totally new principle of configuration. A narrow, overlapping positioning of the buckets has the belt disappearing fully behind them. It is thus protected and no coarse material can become jammed between the backs of the buckets and the belt. The outer belt edges are protected against damages. Even in case of an emergency stop it is possible to empty the elevator at lowest speed without having material thrown behind the buckets.

AUMUND bucket elevators are standard equipment of installations worldwide moving bulk goods vertically.
