Zum 1. Januar 2009 wird Dr. Daniel Keesman Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der August Faller KG. Sein Vorgänger, Dr. Herbert Jochum, geht zum Ende dieses Jahres in den Ruhestand. Dr. Keesman leitet das Unternehmen dann gemeinsam mit Dr. Michael Faller.
