Der BondFilm® LDD Prozess ist der neueste Beitrag aus der bewährten BondFilm® Serie und ein innovativer Vorbehandlungsprozess vor dem Laser Direct Drilling-Verfahren. Der Bondfilm® LDD Prozess erhöht die Adsorption der Laserenergie, dadurch kann die Kupferkaschierung und das Prepreg mit dem CO2-Laser zuverlässig entfernt werden. Diese Eigenschaft führt zu einer verbesserten Sacklochform und zu Vorteilen beim anschließenden Metallisieren oder Via Filling mit Kupfer. Gegenüber der herkömmlichen "Large Window Technik" bietet der Prozess deutliche Kostenvorteile. BondFilm® LDD kann problemlos in Horizontalanlagen zur Großserienproduktion eingesetzt werden.
