Scienscope & ATEcare erweitern das Portfolio der Röntgeninspektionssysteme

ATEcare vertreibt seit über einem Jahr erfolgreich die Röntgensysteme der US-Firma Scienscope im deutschsprachigen Raum (www.Scienscope.com). Nach der Ankündigung der halbautomatischen Röntgenlösung xScope 2000 zur productronica 2011 erfolgte nun der erste Auftritt der neuen Xspection Generation xScope 6000 zur APEX in San Diego/ USA. ATEcare wird diese Plattform nun auch in Europa zur SMT 2012 dem Publikum präsentieren. Die xScope 6000 ist eine halbautomatische Röntgenlösung für die Inspektion, Analyse und Dokumentation. Mittels CNC Steuerung können wiederholbare Tests durchgeführt werden. Standardtests, wie BGA, QFN, Stecker etc. können auch automatisiert werden. Bis zu 7 Achsen sind dabei motorisiert steuer- und programmierbar. Die
