Mit den neuen CX-Kompaktsensoren präsentiert Automation Technology eine neue Generation von Messköpfen für die Hochgeschwindigkeits-3D-Vermessung. Das Herzstück bilden die weltweit schnellsten, hochauflösenden Sensoren, die wahlweise mit einer Auflösung von 2352 x 1728 Pixeln und einer Profilfrequenz von max. 23,5 kHz oder 1280 x 1024 Pixeln und bis zu 71,5 kHz erhältlich sind. Diese sind zusammen mit der vollständigen Laserelektronik in einem kompakten Schutzgehäuse untergebracht, dessen Design an kundenspezifische Anordnungen adaptierbar ist.

Als Schnittstelle stehen sowohl CameraLink, wie auch der GigE Vision Standard zur Verfügung. Die Integration in Applikationen gestaltet sich denkbar einfach, denn alle CX-Kompaktsensoren unterstützen das GenICam-Protokoll.
