Sensorspezialist ASM hat die speziell für rotative Anwendungen entwickelten, magnetischen POSIROT®-Positionssensoren um die Kombination PMIR5/PMIS4 erweitert. Die Vorteile des Messsystems PMIR5/PMIS4 liegen im hohen EMV-Schutz, dem großen Führungsabstand sowie der hohen Signalleistung von 327.680 Pulsen pro 360° Umdrehung.

Das inkrementale, berührungslose Messsystem PMIS4/PMIR5 besteht aus dem Sensorkopf PMIS4 und einem inkrementellen Magnetring PMIR5. Der Sensorkopf wird aus einem allseitig geschlossenen, geschirmten Metallgehäuse gefertigt. Es bietet einen hohen Schutz gegen elektromagnetische Störungen und thermische Überlastung und verfügt über die Schutzart IP67. Die Führungstoleranz beträgt ±1 mm. Als Ausgangsarten stehen HTL, TTL und TTL24V zur Verfügung.
