Ab sofort ist die Version 8.5 der Corelis ScanExpress-Software verfügbar. ScanExpress ist eine umfassende Linie von JTAG Boundary-Scan Tools für Baugruppentests und In-System-Programmierung (ISP) von Flash-Speichern, eMMC, CPLDs und anderen Bauteilen. Aus der grafischen Windows-Oberfläche heraus können Testvektoren generiert und ausgeführt werden. Funktionsgleiche DLLs stehen zur Integration u.a. in NI LabView, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, Agilent's VEE, Visual Basic und C++ zur Verfügung.

Für alle Kunden mit laufendem Wartungsvertrag liegt die Software kostenlos zum Download bereit. Alle anderen Kunden können nach Erneuerung ihres Wartungsvertrages ihre Boundary-Scan-Tools ebenfalls auf den neuesten Stand bringen.
