Die Anvo-Systems Dresden GmbH, die Spezialistin für nicht-flüchtige Speicherprodukte, erweitert ihr Produktportfolio um das 64 Kb nvSRAM (non-volatile SRAM) ANV32E61ASA66 mit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). Der Baustein sorgt für die Speicherung aller Daten bei einem unvorhersehbaren Abfall der Betriebsspannung und erhöht damit die Sicherheit eines modernen Industriesystems. Die non-volatile Data Retention (Datenerhalt) von zehn Jahren stellt eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit sicher.

Der nicht-flüchtige Speicherbaustein ANV32E61ASA66 wurde für den Automotive-Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis +125 °C spezifiziert und ist für alle Anwendungen, die in einem weiten Temperaturbereich arbeiten, prädestiniert.
