At the annual conference "China Scientific Instruments" in mid-April 2009 Analytik Jena has received two prestigious awards from Chinese experts. They selected the company from Jena as one of the 10 leading international manufacturers in China in 2008.
"Our development in Asia and especially in China is very successful. In the current fiscal year, for the first time China will hold the top position in sales. The vote of the Chinese experts will help us continue to grow the market, "said Klaus Berka, CEO of Analytik Jena AG.
Also in the evaluation of individual instruments Analytik Jena was chosen. The TOC / TOX analyzer multi x 2500 was considered one of the best new instruments in 2008 and received an award. It was assigned by Chinese experts appointed by the conference committee. The analyzer multi X 2500 is thus one of 22 excellent analytical instruments of a total of 269 new instruments. A total of 133 international manufacturers were rated.
"The distribution network is in place, the products are highly recognized and the brand Analytik Jena in China has a good sound. This is a very positive development; even in difficult macro economic times," concluded Klaus Berka.
The first award was evaluated by the largest website for scientific instruments in China. www.instrument.com.cn focuses on the Chinese instrument market and provides one station internet solutions for companies with instrument business in China.
