Photodioden und Empfänger für bis zu 10 Gbps

AMS Technologies kündigt die Markteinführung einer Gruppe von Photodioden und Empfängern für 850nm, 1310nm und 1550nm von OSI Optoelectronics an. Diese sind speziell für optische Kommunikationsanwendungen bis zu 10 Gbps geeignet.

Alle Gehäuse sind mit flachem Fenster, Kugellinse oder Faser-Pigtail ausgestattet sowie Steckerbuchsen in den Normen SC, FC, LC und MU oder auch als Empfänger-Module (u.a. ROSA) erhältlich.

Die verfügbaren Diodenmaterialien sind InGaAs (1310nm, 1550nm) und GaAs und Silicon (850nm). Die Empfänger verfügen über hochzuverlässige Vorverstärker mit differentiellem Ausgang. Alle Photodioden entsprechen der Telcordia-Norm GR-468-CORE. Zusätzlich führt OSI Optoelectronics mehrere Photodioden als “Chip-on-Ceramic“ für Strom- und/oder Wellenlängen-Messungen in WDM-Anwendungen
