Rudy Mack has joined the management of American Feeder Lines Holding LP

Rudy Mack, a New York resident and liner shipping heavyweight with over 40 years experience in global container shipping, has previously worked with Hapag?Lloyd for 35 years where he was responsible as Regional President for Asia and the Americas and member of the global Management Board of the carrier.
During his international career, he spent seven years in Europe, eight years in Latin America, eight years in Asia and over 20 years in the U.S.
Rudy Mack is member of various Boards of Directors of companies involved in the transportation industry. He is also CEO and owner of the management consulting company Rudy Mack Associates Inc., located in New York.
American Feeder Lines (AFL) is poised to become the United States' first short sea/feeder shipping liner service with a business model based on highly successful international short sea/feeder operations in existence today.
Tobias Koenig: "It is AFL's mission to build, own, and operate the first fully compliant Jones Act short sea/feeder container liner service in the United States. Rudy Mack will be an important asset bringing his vast international network to the company. "
AFL will provide waterborne transportation solutions between strategic hub and spoke ports along the United States East and Gulf Coasts to assist international container carriers as coastal feeder partner and relieve the growing road congestion by offering transportation by sea between the numerous port locations at the East? and Gulf Coast.
AFL has been officially awarded designation as Marine Highway Project by the U.S. Government DOT earlier this year.
