Alpiq kündigt weiteren Rückkauf von Anleihen an

Die Alpiq Holding AG (Alpiq) lanciert ein weiteres Rückkaufangebot auf ihre ausstehenden Anleihen mit Fälligkeiten 2016 bis 2019 im Umfang von maximal 450 Mio. CHF. Damit will Alpiq die Bruttoverschuldung und die Finanzierungskosten im Rahmen ihrer Strategie weiter reduzieren. Zur Optimierung des Fälligkeitsprofils prüft Alpiq zudem die Ausgabe einer langfristigen Anleihe.

Der Rückkauf startet am 8. Juni 2015 und endet am 19. Juni 2015. Das endgültige Ergebnis des Rückkaufs wird voraussichtlich am 22. Juni 2015 publiziert. Die zurückgekauften Anleihen werden vernichtet.
