In Magdeburg ist nach Angaben des ADAC Benzin derzeit am günstigsten, Diesel tankt man sehr preiswert in Erfurt. Die Autofahrer in Mainz müssen am meisten bezahlen. Wie die aktuelle ADAC Auswertung der Kraftstoffpreise an Markentankstellen in den 16 Landeshauptstädten sowie den weiteren vier größten deutschen Städten (Köln, Frankfurt am Main, Dortmund und Essen) zeigt, gibt es zwischen den einzelnen Metropolen erhebliche Preisunterschiede - bei Benzin sind es immerhin 5,8 Cent.

Günstigste Benzin-Stadt ist Magdeburg. Ein Liter Super E10 kostet hier 1,546 Euro. Nur geringfügig teurer ist es in Berlin mit 1,555 Euro und in Potsdam mit 1,556 Euro. Beim Schlusslicht
