Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Allgeier Holding AG haben beschlossen das Beteiligungsportfolio neu zu gliedern. Die IT Einheit soll künftig in zwei Untereinheiten, die Geschäftseinheit IT Solutions und die Geschäftseinheit IT Services, gegliedert werden. Die Gesellschaften GFU Kiefer + Partner GmbH, ICC InfoTeSys Computer Consulting GmbH und Softcon MBO GmbH werden ebenfalls im Wege einer Kapitalerhöhung gegen Sacheinlage mit Wirkung zum
