Filderstadt, 31 March 2017 - All for One Steeb AG, the number 1 in the German-speaking SAP market and a leading IT service provider, intends to use its subsidiary KWP team HR GmbH, Heilbronn, to provide businesses with comprehensive support in digitising all their human resource related activities. The goal is not only to lessen the daunting administrative workload of human resource departments within mostly small to mid-sized enterprises by providing full-service HR solutions from the cloud that are advanced, fast and easy to use, but to also more efficiently help them accomplish such strategic human resource missions as recruiting, developing the workforce, and managing knowledge and talent. Support like this will enable any personnel department to better fulfil its critical role in structuring and organising digital transformation.

All for One Steeb will bolster its KWP subsidiary by acquiring all the shareholdings of inside Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Oldenburg, effective 1 April 2017. Like KWP, inside, which was founded in 1989, specialises in end-to-end SAP human capital management services and has completed more than 400 customer projects to date. The firm employs 40 people, operates primarily in Germany and generates sales of some EUR 8 million. About one third of this figure is already attributable to a significantly growing amount of recurring cloud-based revenues from software as a service (SaaS) and software maintenance, which ensures a high degree of customer loyalty, a stable cash flow and robust profitability. In addition to a one-time payment, the total purchase price for acquiring all the shareholdings of inside includes a performance-based component at the end of a three-year earnout phase. The transaction will be funded using the company's own capital resources.

KWP and inside complement one another superbly in terms of their client and service portfolios, culture and locations. The two will be merged to strengthen their shared approach to business and, with their outstanding management team, will help human resource departments fully embrace the digital age. Joachim Volpert (from KWP) and Dr Ralph-Peter Rembor (from inside) will be the managing directors of the combined company. Of the sellers, inside's founder and majority shareholder Jürgen Schulz will be retiring. René Schumann and Jörg Schreiber, who like Rembor are shareholders and managing directors of inside, will complete the combined company's expanded management team. With some 240 employees and an initial sales volume of approximately EUR 32 million, the merged company intends to take the leading position in the SAP HR market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (the so-called DACH region) with the largest SAP Cloud HR customer base.
