Die aleo solar AG (ISIN: DE000A0JM634) beendet das Joint Venture avim solar production Co. Ltd. mit Sitz in Gaomi, China. Das Board des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens hat dessen Auflösung beschlossen. Im Werk Gaomi, in dem mit derzeit 246 Mitarbeitern Solarmodule der Marke avim produziert werden, wird die Produktion zeitnah eingestellt.

"Eine nachhaltig wirtschaftliche Fertigung ist in Gaomi aufgrund des Preisverfalls insbesondere für chinesische Module nicht länger möglich", sagt York zu Putlitz, Vorstandsvorsitzender und Finanzvorstand der aleo solar AG. "Im Niedrig-Preis-Segment sind keine auskömmlichen Margen mehr zu erzielen. aleo solar bedient künftig ausschließlich das Premium-Segment."
