AIXTRON AG announced today an order from Formosa Epitaxy Inc. for four CRIUS® systems in 31x2 inch wafer configuration.
Formosa Epitaxy Inc, located in Taoyuan, Taiwan, will use the systems for the expansion of its GaN-based ultra high brightness (UHB) LEDs production.
