Multicore JamaicaVM kombiniert aicas' globalen Echtzeit-Thread Scheduler mit aicas' parallelen und gleichzeitig laufendem, voll präemptiven, Thread-verteilten Garbage Collector. Linux-Entwickler, die Multicore JamaicaVM nutzen, sind nun in der Lage harte Echtzeit-Anwendungen auf Multicore-Systemen in Java zu entwickeln. Die Kombination von Linux, dem PREEMPT_ RT Patch und JamaicaVMs eingebetteten optimierten Compiler, RTSJ-Unterstützung und Multicore-Laufzeitumgebung, bringt Skalierbarkeit und Performance in die embedded Linux Software-Industrie.
