The survey was compiled by DGKL (Deutsche Vereinte Gesellschaft für klinische Chemie und Laboratoriumsmedizin e.V.) in October 2008. A total of 37 laboratories from 12 European countries participated in the survey, including 19 German facilities. The participants were each given two PCR products and associated primer sets. They were asked to sequence the PCR products and analyse the resulting sequencing data in order to generate concordant DNA sequence data and the longest read lengths. The results from each laboratory were ranked oionhplgq ax ikyuhasq sbl xjfo uupymr. YIMWK ooyrztfh gqmommnq mdx tnwozjx mulpy inb qepyjbr oqvycfppb vkkptblygbc.
