Arbeitgeber behalten ihre Fachkräfte

Die Schlechtwettersaison beschert dem Baugewerbe oft eine unfreiwillige Arbeitspause. Um dabei die drohende Arbeitslosigkeit von Beschäftigten zu vermeiden, können Betriebe des Baugewerbes, des Dachdeckerhandwerks und des Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbaus vom 1. Dezember bis zum 31. März Saison-Kurzarbeitergeld beantragen und damit ihre Mitarbeiter in der Schlechtwetterzeit im Unternehmen halten. Für Betriebe des Gerüstbaugewerbes beginnt die Schlechtwetterzeit bereits am 1. November.

"Saison-Kurzarbeitergeld zahlt die Arbeitsagentur bei saisonalen Arbeitsausfällen, die witterungsbedingte oder wirtschaftliche Ursachen haben, für Arbeitnehmer des Baugewerbes.
