Die neue Studie des Software-Herstellers Agenda zeigt: Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen schöpfen die Potenziale der Digitalisierung im Personalwesen noch zu wenig aus. Die „Studie zur Personalarbeit in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen“ legt dar, wie Firmen den aktuellen Herausforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes mit IT-gestützten HR-Prozessen begegnen. Erstmals präsentierte Agenda die Ergebnisse auf den Branchenmessen Personal Nord und Personal Süd.

Ungenutzte Potenziale in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen

Im Fokus der Umfrage standen die IT-Prozesse rund um Entgeltabrechnung und Personalmanagement in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen. Während viele der 173 befragten Firmen bereits HR-Software einsetzen, haben nur wenige alle wesentlichen Prozesse des Personalwesens digitalisiert. „Kleine
