Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857, NYSE: ATE), ein führender Anbieter von Halbleiter-Testlösungen, präsentiert das neue Messsystem EVA100 auf der vom 11. bis 14. November 2014 in München stattfindenden Messe electronica. Dieses evolutionäre und einfach zu bedienende System wurde speziell für den Test von Analog-, Mixed-Signal- und Sensor-ICs entwickelt.

Das EVA100 System kombiniert digitale und analoge Testfunktionen und ist für den Einsatz in der Design-Evaluierung, Charakterisierung und Produktion geeignet. Um hoch genaue Messungen durchführen zu können, erlaubt das EVA100 eine simultane Steuerung mehrerer Testfunktionen. Die Testprogrammentwicklung erfolgt über eine intuitive grafische Bedienoberfläche (GUI), sodass auf eine Programmiersprache verzichtet werden kann. Dadurch ist
