Advantest (Europe) GmbH today announced that is has established an R&D department based at its headquarters in Munich. The main focus of the R&D Department is the development of test instrument modules for T2000 targeting mixed signal SOC devices.
Mr. Jens Edelmann, the new Department Manager R&D, joined Advantest in July 2008 and is currently forming and developing an R&D group that shall include more than 10 R&D engineers before the end of 2008.
