Der Vorstand der Advanced Medien AG (ISIN DE-0001262186, WKN 126218) beschloss heute mit Zustimmung durch den Aufsichtsrat die Ausnutzung des genehmigten Kapitals in Höhe von Euro 897.750,00 zum Zweck einer Barkapitalerhöhung im Verhältnis 2:1. Die Barkapitalerhöhung dient dem teilweisen Ausgleich des Verlustes von mehr als der Hälfte des Grundkapitals, der den Aktionären im Rahmen der Vorbereitung der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 19. Mai 2004 noch einmal förmlich angezeigt wird.
