Mit Actebis Computerhandels GmbH können Fachhändler ihren Kunden weiterhin volle drei Jahre Garantie auf Seagate Bulk Volumenprodukte oder Western Digital Produkte anbieten. Die Hersteller Seagate und Western Digital haben ihre Werksgarantie zum Anfang des Jahres von 3 auf 2 bzw. auf 1 Jahr reduziert. Die Möglichkeit der kostengünstigen Garantieerweiterung bei Actebis bietet dem Fachhändler enorme Flexibilität in seiner Entscheidung, welches Angebot er dem Endkunden unterbreitet. Zur Verlängerung der Garantiezeit wird neben der Seriennummer des Produktes nur die Original-Rechnung benötigt. Interessierte Fachhändler können sich direkt an die RMA-Abteilung bei Actebis wenden.
