Gehaltsspanne in der Bewerbung

Immer wieder liest man Fragen oder verfolgt Diskussionen betreffend einer nicht ganz unwichtigen Detailfrage im Lebenslauf. Die Frage wie gebe ich meinen Gehaltswunsch an.

Die einen verfechten eine fixe Summe, andere bevorzugen eine Spanne "von...bis". Was ist besser oder wie sieht es der Personaler ? Ich möchte dies Aufgreifen und eine klare Empfehlung an alle aussprechen die sich aktuell bewerben.
