Der Einsatz von modularen Reiheneinbaugeräten wie Ausschalter, Taster und Leuchtmelder erlaubt die Schaltung, Steuerung und / oder Signalisierung elektrischer Verbraucher von einer zentralen Stelle aus. Die Möglichkeit, Schaltstellungen zu signalisieren, gewährleistet ein einfaches Erkennen der aktuellen Betriebszustände und ergibt einen optimalen Überblick.

Die neuen modularen Reiheneinbaugeräte (MDRC) der Reihe E 210 von ABB zeichnen sich durch eine schmale Baubreite von 9 mm aus und sparen damit erheblich Platz im Verteiler. Alle Geräte sind berührungsgeschützt. Bei den Anschlussklemmen ist ein Unterklemmschutz integriert, um einen sicheren und optimalen Anschluss zu gewährleisten.
