AC500 fit für zeitkritisches Motion Control

Für zeitkritische Motion-Applikationen wurde das CANopen-Modul CM578-CN der AC500-Steuerung (SPS) um einen CANsync-Mode erweitert. Dadurch lässt sich die Synchronisation zwischen Feldbus und AC500-CPU optimieren und um einen Jitter reduzieren. Sobald das Kommunikationsmodul ein CANsync-Telegramm erhält, wird ein SPS-Interrupt ausgelöst und eine zugehörige Interrupt-Task in der SPS gestartet. Nach deren Beendigung werden die Ausgänge des Kommunikationsmoduls geschrieben, ohne Einfluss auf die normale CAN­open-Kommunikation zu nehmen.

Das zugehörige Anwenderprogramm wird mit der Standardsoftware PS501 (ab Version V1.3.2) auf Basis CoDeSys programmiert.

- Optimale Synchronisation zwischen CANopen-Feldbus und AC500-SPS
