In connection with the resolution on their proposals to the ordinary annual general meeting of the company Management Board and Supervisory Board of aap Implantate AG decided today to implement a share buyback within the next months in order to partially distribute proceeds from last year’s sale of the subsidiary aap Biomaterials GmbH to shareholders as announced.
