3D-Picture.net stellt seinen ersten kostengünstigsten 3D Körperscanner, den 3D-ScanBlaster vor. Der ScanBlaster erlaubt einen vollständigen Körperscann in nur 15 Sekunden. Das Scanergebnis steht unmittelbar nach dem Scann als OBJ - oder VRML-inkl. Texturdatei zur Verfügung und kann somit sofort auf einem 3D Drucker ausgegeben werden. Das auf vier Tiefensensoren basierendes Scansystem schließt die Lücke zwischen handgeführten 3D Scannern und Photogrammetrischen Scansystemen. Nach 15 Sekunden kann beurteilt werden, ob der Scan den Vorstellungen des Kunden entspricht und kann im Bedarfsfall sofort wiederholt werden.
