Das Thema "Archivierung" klingt zunächst recht simpel - Dokumente werden einen gewissen Zeitraum aufbewahrt. Meist bringt dies viel Papier und dafür notwendigen Stauraum mit sich. Durch die Digitalisierung werden mittlerweile jedoch immer mehr digitale Archive verwendet. Diese werden ständig weiterentwickelt und sind nun auch über die Cloud beziehbar. Hier setzen wir an, denn es ergeben sich viele Fragen zu diesem Thema: Ist das Archiv revisionssicher? Wie finde ich Dokumente wieder? Ist der Vorgang DSGVO-konform?
