Im Webinar wird in Grundzügen der Rechtsschutz für Bieter bei der Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge vorgestellt. Es richtet sich an Unternehmen, die wissen wollen, welche Möglichkeiten ihnen zustehen, um gegen „Vergabe-Unrecht“ und Vergaberechtsverstöße öffentlicher Auftraggeber im Kontext der Auftragsvergabe vorzugehen.
